Key Responsibilities
- Support the People & Culture department with daily operations.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs and screening applications.
- Help manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
