Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company culture and strategic goals.
- Manage employee relations, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
- Support talent acquisition and retention strategies across diverse construction and related business units.
- Administer and optimize compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Facilitate comprehensive training and development initiatives for employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an HR or People & Culture role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in UAE labor laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and multicultural work environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
