Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to compensation, benefits, and people metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation structures and policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on people data trends and compensation benchmarks.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and management on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in annual compensation reviews and budgeting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR data analysis or compensation roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
