Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to compensation, benefits, and people metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation structures and policies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on people data trends and compensation benchmarks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and management on data-driven insights.
- Assist in annual compensation reviews and budgeting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR data analysis or compensation roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
