Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a People/HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Passion for the beauty industry and alignment with Huda Beauty’s values.
• Proactive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
