Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Confirmo’s business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to development and retention.
- Manage HR operations, including policy development, compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in Czechia.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on all people-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a People Operations or HR leadership role, preferably in a tech or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- Experience with HR information systems and modern HR tools.
- Proactive and empathetic approach to employee relations and development.
