Key Responsibilities
- Support various HR functions for Mercor’s global, remote workforce.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for network experts.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee data within HR systems.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide timely support for employee inquiries and relations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations in a remote environment.
Requirements
