Requirements
- Proven experience as a People Partner or in a senior HR generalist role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organizational culture.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and organizational development.
