Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging people programmes aligned with Etihad’s strategic objectives and values.
- Oversee initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition, well-being, and diversity & inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to ensure effective program delivery and adoption.
- Analyze program effectiveness, gather feedback, and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated for various people programmes.
- Stay abreast of HR best practices and emerging trends in employee experience and talent management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR program management, employee engagement, or talent development, preferably within a large, diverse organization.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and current employment laws.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
