Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PeopleSoft modules, customizations, and integrations.
- Perform system analysis, design, and testing for PeopleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and junior developers.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience as a PeopleSoft Developer (5+ years).
- Strong proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
- Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and functional modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM).
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
