Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) as a Performance Coach, preferably within the energy or a heavy industrial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching methodologies, talent development, and change management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and drive actionable insights.
