Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive non-functional test plans and strategies.
• Perform various types of performance testing, including load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Identify, analyze, and diagnose performance bottlenecks within applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to recommend and implement performance improvements.
• Monitor and analyze system performance in pre-production and production environments.
• Generate detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering and non-functional testing roles.
• Strong proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, monitoring tools, and analysis techniques.
• Experience with various application architectures, databases, and operating systems.
• Ability to identify root causes of performance issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
