Visioneers is seeking a Performance Manager for People & Culture in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This mid-senior level contract role will be instrumental in developing the new media ecosystem by focusing on human capital performance and cultural development within the startup studio environment.

Visioneers is the first new media startup studio dedicated to developing MENA’s new media ecosystem. It aims to empower regional entrepreneurs to start up, scale-up, and compete on a global level, specializing in IT Services and IT Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust performance management frameworks and processes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture aligned with Visioneers’ mission.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and management on performance-related matters and conflict resolution.
- Contribute significantly to talent development, employee engagement, and retention strategies within the dynamic startup studio.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and HR best practices across all people operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR performance management, culture development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving startup environment.
- A deep understanding of MENA’s new media ecosystem or prior experience in a startup culture is highly advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is preferred.
