Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and dignified care to elderly residents during evening shifts.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Monitor residents’ health status, document observations, and report any changes to the supervisory staff.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living environment for all residents at Åstedparken.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and support individual care plans.
- Participate in occasional day shifts as required to support the team and residents’ needs.
