Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and culturally sensitive Persian/Farsi interpretation services via OPI (Over-the-Phone Interpretation) and VRI (Video Remote Interpretation).
• Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality during all interpretation sessions.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between parties in various settings.
• Adhere to professional ethics and standards in all interpreting assignments.
• Manage interpretation calls/sessions efficiently and punctually from a remote setup.
• Continuously improve linguistic and interpretive skills to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Persian/Farsi and English (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Excellent listening, comprehension, and retention skills for accurate interpretation.
• Ability to accurately and quickly interpret complex information in real-time.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and professional ethics in interpretation.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
• Prior experience in OPI/VRI is a plus, but motivated fresh candidates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply.
