Key Responsibilities

• Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans.
• Handle calls, emails, and scheduling with sharp prioritization.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations independently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with personal tasks and errands when needed.
• Anticipate needs and keep moving parts organized in a busy environment.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Previous PA, EA, or similar experience.
• Strong organizational skills and task prioritization.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
• High level of discretion and reliability.
• Tech-savvy and fast learner.
• Able to work comfortably around workshop noise, limited space, and constant movement.
