Key Responsibilities
- Managing personal appointments, household scheduling, and family-related activities.
- Coordinating children’s timetables, school documentation, extracurriculars, camps, tutors, payments, and travel.
- Overseeing house staff, drivers, domestic organisation, and service providers.
- Travel planning and arrangements, both domestic and international, including documentation.
- Managing personal expenses, reimbursements, bills, and financial administration.
- Support with all corporate matters while in the office.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Executive / Personal Assistant for an HNWI or senior leader.
- Highly discreet, trustworthy, and emotionally mature.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
- Ability to work independently and handle personal matters with diplomacy.
