Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Foundation Stage team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for early years students.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning practices within the Foundation Stage.
• Monitor student progress and implement effective assessment strategies.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and well-being.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and development of Mamoura British Academy.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within an educational setting, preferably in Foundation Stage or Early Years.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and British curriculum frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
