Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Foundation Stage team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for early years students.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning practices within the Foundation Stage.
- Monitor student progress and implement effective assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support student development and well-being.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning and development of Mamoura British Academy.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience within an educational setting, preferably in Foundation Stage or Early Years.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and British curriculum frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to inspire and motivate both staff and students.
