Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise in physics and Python to train and fine-tune AI models.
- Contribute to supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Evaluate the performance and safety of frontier AI models.
- Participate in red-teaming exercises to identify model vulnerabilities.

Requirements
- Proven expertise in Physics with strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts and data training methodologies is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
