Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for pipe systems.
- Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes according to design and safety standards.
- Assemble and install piping systems, including hangers, supports, and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines to ensure integrity.
- Perform maintenance and repair on existing pipe infrastructure.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on job sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter in industrial or commercial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and complex drawings.
- Proficiency in various pipe fitting techniques (cutting, bending, welding, threading).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in piping work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and manual dexterity for demanding work in various conditions.
