Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to Kitopi’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control for all pizza orders.
- Manage the pizza station, including dough preparation, topping selection, and oven operation.
- Monitor ingredient freshness, maintain inventory, and place orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of various pizza styles, dough preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
