Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic planning and logistics processes.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehousing operations.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution activities effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in planning and logistics management, preferably 5+ years.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Strong understanding of Ukrainian logistics landscape is a plus.
