Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and review of regional and urban planning studies.
  • Contribute to master planning and urban design projects, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Support architectural and engineering design teams with relevant planning inputs.
  • Participate in environmental studies and infrastructure planning, including transportation.
  • Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for design review and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and sustainable project solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning or a similar engineering role, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of regional and urban planning principles and local regulations.
  • Proficiency in relevant planning and design software such as AutoCAD, GIS, or BIM tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and manage project timelines.
