Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate design consultants, contractors, and specialist trades throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to design management and comprehensive project planning activities.
- Enforce construction quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications.
- Oversee system verification, commissioning, and final handover processes.
- Ensure critical systems are prepared for operational readiness upon project completion.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks for complex building projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in complex building projects.
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
