Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules and timelines using planning software.
- Prepare detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
- Track project progress against baselines, identify critical path activities, and forecast potential delays.
- Implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and budget.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Ensure all planning activities adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within EPC or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational team environment and manage multiple priorities.
