Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update comprehensive project schedules and timelines using planning software.
  • Prepare detailed work breakdown structures, resource allocation plans, and progress reports.
  • Track project progress against baselines, identify critical path activities, and forecast potential delays.
  • Implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Ensure all planning activities adhere to project specifications, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within EPC or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational team environment and manage multiple priorities.
