Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential deviations and proposing effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams for efficient resource allocation and coordination.
• Prepare detailed planning reports, analyses, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced planning software and tools to optimize project timelines and overall efficiency.
• Contribute to the identification of project risks and the development of mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Planning Engineer role, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
