CSCEC Middle East is seeking a Planning Engineer to join the Planning team in a newly awarded large scale Construction Project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing tender and master schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing time impact claims.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare tender & master schedule, and work strategy using work breakdown structure with resource & Cost loaded.
- Update Weekly, continuously monitor against approved schedules, major construction progress.
- Prepare detailed recovery schedules if required and ensure proper staffing from Main and sub-contractors.
- Ensure submission of all daily, weekly and monthly reports to consultants including Subcontractors.
- Prepare time impact claims / EOT and prepare assessments for project management.
- Monitor and advise the construction manager of any foreseen slippage of progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ Years of work experience in Building Projects.
