Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project schedules and master plans for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress against baselines, identify critical path activities, and flag potential delays.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
- Utilize advanced planning software and methodologies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and forecast analyses for management and clients.

Requirements
- Proven mid-senior level experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in overseeing planning functions and mentoring junior staff.
