Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project schedules and master plans for construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress against baselines, identify critical path activities, and flag potential delays.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Utilize advanced planning software and methodologies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and forecast analyses for management and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards in all planning activities.

Requirements

  • Proven mid-senior level experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Strong proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in overseeing planning functions and mentoring junior staff.
