Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress against baselines, identify potential deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project performance, risks, forecasts, and critical path analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company standards, and contractual requirements in planning.
  • Lead planning meetings and workshops, fostering effective communication and problem-solving among teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project planning within the construction industry, preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
