Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage comprehensive project planning activities from conceptualization to completion.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor detailed project schedules, progress reports, and forecasts.
  • Optimize resource allocation and ensure critical path adherence to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices in planning, scheduling, and project controls methodologies.
  • Provide expert planning advice and strategic insights to senior management and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience as a Planning Manager in large-scale projects, preferably within construction, civil engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Advanced proficiency in project planning and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse teams.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
