Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant.

• Support strategic decision-making by providing robust financial insights and recommendations to plant management.
• Monitor inventory levels, production costs, and capital expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
• Lead and develop the plant’s finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international manufacturing setting.
