Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for the plant.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a controlling role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international manufacturing setting.
