Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives and projects within the plant, from conception to completion.

Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
