Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of PLC-controlled systems and automated machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and programming issues in production equipment.
- Install, program, and commission new PLC hardware and software components.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all repairs, modifications, and system updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards in operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PLC Technician or in a similar industrial automation role.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, logic, and hardware (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley).
- Ability to read and accurately interpret complex electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems, HMI interfaces, and robotic applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
