Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end ERP finance implementation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP finance modules.
- Ensure project adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement of financial systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ERP Finance Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
