Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
  • Support project managers in maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Track project progress, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between project teams and various stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a project support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
