Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
- Support project managers in maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Track project progress, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately record minutes.
- Facilitate smooth communication between project teams and various stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a project support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in various project management software and tools.
