Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
- Assist in tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, templates, and best practices within the PMO.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Project Management Office (PMO) or a project support role.
- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.
