    Key Responsibilities

    • Define, implement, and optimize PMO processes, methodologies, and tools for AI projects.
    • Oversee the entire project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
    • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of generative AI solutions.
    • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in PMO leadership or Head of PMO roles, preferably within the AI, tech, or software development industry.
    • Strong understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize project delivery.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
