Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed polishing and cleaning of various surfaces including metal, wood, and marble.
• Ensure all polished areas reflect the high luxury standards of Waldorf Astoria.
• Operate and maintain polishing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damage requiring further attention.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Polisher or in a similar detailed cleaning role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of various polishing materials and techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to Waldorf Astoria’s stringent standards.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
