Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic portfolio initiatives for assigned products and solutions.
- Lead and optimize customer engagement strategies to foster strong relationships and drive adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure portfolio success.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Roche at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance and key customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio management and customer engagement within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and diagnostics market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to strategically drive complex projects and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
