Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage a portfolio of projects across the MEA region, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and company vision.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and successful closure, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the portfolio.
  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in portfolio or program management, with a strong preference for experience in the software or IT industry.
  • In-depth understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and cross-functional international teams.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
