Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on pre-authorization processes for clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of pre-authorization requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service approvals and requirements.
• Maintain high standards of client service and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing service or consulting role (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of pre-authorization procedures, preferably in financial or healthcare services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant software and administrative tools.
