Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage building enclosure consulting projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert technical advice and innovative solutions for building enclosure design, performance, and remediation.
• Conduct detailed assessments, investigations, and diagnostics of existing building enclosures.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Contribute to business development activities and expand WSP’s market presence in building enclosures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in building enclosure consulting or a related specialized area.
• Extensive knowledge of building science principles, material performance, and construction practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
