Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning processes.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and manage comprehensive planning documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in project execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, preferably within Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, or Engineering sectors.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
