Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex process engineering designs for offshore projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior process engineers.
• Ensure strict compliance with international standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Optimize existing processes and integrate sustainable energy solutions, including CCUS.
• Conduct thorough feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance analyses.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project solutions across the asset lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in process engineering, specifically for offshore oil & gas, energy, or chemical projects.
• Proven leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering tasks and teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard process simulation software and other engineering tools.
• Strong understanding of relevant industry codes, standards, and safety practices in offshore environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation.
