Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment and success.
• Drive product innovation and continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within the technology or talent acquisition sectors.
• Strong understanding of the MENA technology ecosystem and emerging market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to define and articulate complex product strategies, requirements, and user stories.
• Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
