Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor private equity investment portfolios for risk exposure.
  • Develop and implement robust risk management frameworks and policies for private equity.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence for new private equity investments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings to senior management and relevant committees.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in private equity risk management or a related financial risk role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in risk modeling and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
