Key Responsibilities
- Lead deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution processes for new investments.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses.
- Actively manage portfolio companies, providing strategic and operational guidance.
- Oversee investment performance, reporting to senior management and limited partners.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts, management teams, and investors.

Requirements
- Proven experience at a Vice President level or equivalent in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Strong understanding of transaction structuring, legal documentation, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
