Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategy for private label product portfolio.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
- Monitor product performance, sales, and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English is highly advantageous.
