Key Responsibilities

• Optimize injection moulding processes for improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams on new product introductions and process validations.
• Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety, environmental, and quality management system standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Process Engineer, specifically within injection moulding or plastics manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, moulding technologies, and process optimization techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
