Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement process, from requisition to order placement and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Support the negotiation of favorable terms and pricing with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and track their status.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a similar role (2 years+ preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
