Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle for civil engineering materials, equipment, and services.
- Evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and establish competitive contracts.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineering teams to identify material needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends for construction materials and technologies to optimize purchasing strategies.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and maintain comprehensive procurement records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement specifically within the civil engineering or construction sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic project-driven environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in both English and Greek, written and spoken.
